Membership fees and Billing fees for domain name services *for registrars only !*

Note for the customers who wish to get a domain name
You do not have to become a member of AFNIC if you just want to get your domain name (and not if you want to become a registrar). Just contact one of our registrars.

The fees mentionned below applie for professionnals only (ie. .fr and .re registrars). These fees do not apply to the other types of members of AFNIC (ie. members as legal entities, individuals and international organizations). Moreover these fees are not recommended prices.

Free of charge: removal of a domain name; administrative and/or technical modification(s); abandon creation request before two months.

The fees are determined by the board of directors of AFNIC. They are revised every year.

This scale of prices, in euros and exclusive of tax, applies from 1 January to 31 December.
Membership fees are payable in a single instalment. For registrars taking up new membership after 1 July of the current year, the membership fee will be halved.

A registrar may belong to the AFNIC under "option 1" or "option 2". It may choose an option according to the provisions detailed in the Benefits section.

The option may be changed when renewing your membership agreement. Your request should be sent by mail to AFNIC before 31 December of the current year for an effective change on 1 January of the next year.
