Registrar contract: Become a registrar
Preamble
If you develop a domain name registration business for your customers and wish to be a reseller for .fr and .re domain names,
you should sign a contract with AFNIC. With this contract, you will become a "customer" of AFNIC as a registrar
(this contract does not confer any certification or accreditation).
Contract, Application form and Fees
Please find below the registration contract as well as the annual rates that defines the contractual relations between AFNIC and the registrars.

Some help
Have I to become a member?
Since January 1st, 2008 it is possible to become a registrar without being a member of AFNIC.
You can also become a member if you wish to.
The "Registrar Members" category is open -in a non-automatic and a non-obligatory way- to registrars under contract with AFNIC, wathever the option choosed.
It will allow you to participate to the "Registrar" Consultative Committee, to elect your representatives for the Board of directors and to take part to AFNIC working groups.
You can send your "Membership application form" in the same time than your "Registrar identification form" or later.
Further information: Chapter: AFNIC > Membership.
Before becoming a registrar, I need to have information on your registry/registrar interface, is it possible?
You can find information in Chapter: Documentation > Registry interface.
