Following the enactment on March 22 of the law, which contains various provisions bringing French national legislation into line with European Union legislation on health, labour and electronic communications, AFNIC has published today a new Naming Policy for the .fr TLD. The policy, which ensures consistency with the new legislation, will apply from 1 July onwards.
