Targeting entrepreneurs, business buyers, future franchisees, the self-employed, managers of SOHOs / SMEs or young innovative companies, the Paris Trade Fair for Entrepreneurs 2015 is being held at the Palais des Congrès on 4 and 5 February.
For the third year running, the registry for the .fr TLD will be advising entrepreneurs on their web presence strategy on its booth (411 – Small Business Tech Village), together with OVH and Amen, two of its accredited registrars.
The registry for the .fr TLD will also be hosting two workshops in French. Entitled “The questions to ask to select the right domain name(s) for your business online“, the discussions will allow the registry for the .fr TLD to share its expertise in domain names with all the entrepreneurs in attendance.

Afnic is the acronym for Association Française pour le Nommage Internet en Coopération, the French Network Information Centre. The registry has been appointed by the French government to manage domain names under the .fr Top Level Domain. Afnic also manages the .re (Reunion Island), .pm (Saint-Pierre and Miquelon), .tf (French Southern and Antarctic Territories), .wf (Wallis and Futuna) and .yt (Mayotte) French Overseas TLDs.
In addition to managing French TLDs, Afnic’s role is part of a wider public interest mission, which is to contribute on a daily basis, thanks to the efforts of its teams and its members, to a secure and stable internet, open to innovation and in which the French internet community plays a leading role.
