Biographie
Vincent Levigneron holds a DESS postgraduate degree in Computer Systems and Networks, and has more than 20 years’ experience at Afnic. A specialist in the development of tools related to the registry industry born of IETF protocols (EPP, DNS, DNSSEC, IDN, DAS, Whois, etc.), he supervises the DNS activities of a domain name registry. He is responsible for the DNS/DNSSEC publication of TLDs operated by Afnic, as well as developing and maintaining DNSSEC procedures (key ceremonies, etc.) and the associated support programs. Vincent co-created the Zonemaster product. In addition, he manages the “Prevention of DDoS attacks in DNS” project and actively participates in the IETF, DNS-OARC, RIPE, CENTR, and ICANN communities.
