Anthony Hubbard

Biographie

After completing his engineering degree at the ESTACA (aerospace training and research) school in 1997, Anthony Hubbard developed a passion for development and databases. He began his career developing Web and Windows applications, before moving on to project management and project leadership. In 2014, he turned resolutely towards information security, taking up a position as Technical Compliance Manager with a major player in electronic banking. This post acted as a springboard to the rest of his career, as an ISS consultant and trainer at HSC, a pioneering French firm in the field. In 2019, he was chosen by Afnic as the new CISO, with the specific mission of continuing its path towards compliance with the safety rules applicable to Essential Service Operators. Anthony took up this role in a context of fundamental transformation of the information system used to register and publish domain names. His areas of expertise include ISS risk management, security incident monitoring and detection, and ISO27001 (Information Security Management Systems).
