Biographie
Hervé Martin joined Afnic in May 2018 as Human Resources, Quality of Life in the Workplace and Legal Director upon the creation of this new department. Hervé graduated from the Neoma Business School in Rouen, gaining a Masters in development economics and CAFDES (French state diploma in the management of medical/social establishments). After time spent in international cooperation, he began his career in 1991 as Deputy Human Resources Manager in a major French rail establishment (part of SNCF) with 700 employees. For the next 20 years, he occupied positions in Human Resources, Unemployment Insurance from 1996 to 2005, and in a major association of 1,900 employees in the medical/social sector, working in disability and with the elderly from 2005 to 2017, thus witnessing change and development at first hand (mergers, takeovers of establishments).
