Nicolas Chagny

Biographie

With more than 25 years of experience at the heart of the digital world as a business leader, Nicolas Chagny is committed to open and responsible digital technology, inclusion, and equal opportunities. He has been a member of the Internet Society since 2010 and became president of Internet Society France in 2015. After managing technical and project teams at several content and digital agencies (Médiasactu, Argonautes, Makheia), he helped develop the Webforce3 network of schools before creating his own consulting firm specializing in Edtech and training, NS Pulse. In July 2025, he joined CFA numiA (27 partner schools and universities, more than 7,500 students per year) as Deputy Director and Quality Manager. He is a member of the French National Consultative Commission on Human Rights (CNCDH) and serves on the editorial board of Enjeux Numériques, a journal published by the Annales des Mines.
