With TV and radio commercials presenting the benefits of .fr domain names and the advantages of communicating on the Internet. The campaign’s baseline: “Mon domaine en .fr”: Plus sûr, plus facile, moins cher, pour votre site internet choisissez un nom de domaine en .fr. [My .fr domain: more security and simplicity, less expense. Opt for a .fr domain name for your website].
The commercial lasts 25 seconds and uses 3D animation.
The campaign TV commercial was aired on 25 December on MyCanal, then as of January on the channels RMC Story, RMC Découverte, BFM TV and BFM Régions to coincide with the launch of the third season of “Connecte ta boîte” [Connect your Business], a new season of the show this time dedicated to tourism – entirely fitting for this pop-in visit from “Mon domaine en .fr”!
The campaign has also been relayed on the Spotify and Audion (podcast) audio platforms, in ads in media newsletters targeting VSEs/SMEs like ‘Le Monde des Artisans’ and ‘Les Échos-Entrepreneurs’, and in inserts on Qwant and LinkedIn.
The goal of the campaign is to create awareness among the general public who may still be unfamiliar with the .fr TLD and to instil a preference by presenting its most obvious advantages (easy to install, less expensive, etc.).
