Whether you need to talk, to get advice, or have expert analysis…, our helpdesk has extended its office hours to respond to all of your requirements, wherever you are, whatever time it is, whenever you need it, with hosting in English and French.

  • Note:

While the helpline will be available any time of the day or night, including weekends and holidays, e-mails will only be processed during the day, i.e. from 09:00 to 18:00 Paris time, weekends and holidays excluded.

  • Remember:

Telephone helpdesk open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
