Réussir avec le web (Succeeding with the web), the free digital maturity assessment service launched by Afnic, is pleased to announce its first 4 partners: the French Polynesia Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Trades, the registrar NAMEBAY, the start-up Botners, and the FranceTPE organization, to promote the online presence of VSEs/SMEs.

Réussir avec le web is a unique tool for measuring the online presence of VSEs/SMEs

Launched in the fall of 2017, Réussir avec le web  is a tool that’s simple, free and fast – 10 minutes and less than 30 questions – allowing companies to determine the level of development of their digital practices, to compare themselves with the players in their sector of activity and to benefit from a personalized action plan to develop their online business.

Based on 3 themes –online presence, visibility and e-reputation, business development – Réussir avec le web is currently the most comprehensive tool in France for assessing the digital maturity of small and medium-sized companies. Designed to become a benchmark, Réussir avec le web wants to unite stakeholders serving the online presence of VSEs and SMEs, and has just announced its first 4 partners:

With the Ministry of the Digital Sector for Polynesia, we have created the Digital Passport, a 5-day training and coaching course designed specifically for non-salaried VSE / SME entrepreneurs who have a commercial activity in Polynesia. As part of this initiative, we now offer Réussir avec le web as a self-assessment tool to assess the digital maturity of VSEs / SMEs in French Polynesia, and help them focus on connected growth“, explains Muriel Pontarollo, Expert in Digital Solutions with the French Polynesia Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Trades.

  • As a registrar – a company authorized to sell domain names – accredited by ICANN, and by all of the major Registry Operators, Namebay offers a wide range of gTLD and ccTLD registration and management services, a range of complementary services and products (URL redirection, DNS management, emails and SSL certificates) and consulting services (negotiations and takeovers, installed base transfers, intellectual property monitoring, specific monitoring). All of its customers now have access to Réussir avec le web.

By offering its customers Réussir avec le web, the self-assessment tool created by Afnic, Namebay wants to help small and medium-sized businesses fully exploit their digital potential. Namebay is the preferred partner of many VSEs / SMEs thanks to its offer which covers all the online needs of a company“, explains Éric Lantonnet, Managing Director of Namebay.

  • Created in 2017, FranceTPE is an employers’ organization representing the executives of VSEs with less than 20 employees, wishing to develop their business in a reliable and stable economic environment. FranceTPE intends to defend the interests of VSEs with respect to the main private and institutional players and participate in national negotiations. The organization creates support systems for the management and development of small businesses.

It is to support the growth of their online presence that FranceTPE has joined the partners of Réussir avec le web and proposes the self-assessment tool on its website“, indicates Joël Vittman, President of FranceTPE

  • Botners is a start-up dedicated to the creation of upgradable Bots (“chatterbots” or conversational agents), with business expertise and accessible on the main messaging systems. Botners Bots simplify all the factors required to start up a company’s online presence – booking a domain name, choosing a host, configuring email, installing a CMS – and save time so that the company can focus on developing its business.

Like Réussir avec le web, we believe that every entrepreneur should be able to exist online, to support the development of their business. Botners simplifies the creation and configuration of a company’s web hosting. Once online, our customers will benefit from the recommendations of Réussir avec le web to optimize their online presence”, Tiago Duperray & Julien Lecourt, co-founders of Botners.

About Afnic

Afnic is the acronym for Association Française pour le Nommage Internet en Coopération, the French Network Information Centre. The registry has been appointed by the French government to manage domain names under the .fr Top Level Domain. Afnic also manages the .re (Reunion Island), .pm (Saint-Pierre and Miquelon), .tf (French Southern and Antarctic Territories), .wf (Wallis and Futuna) and .yt (Mayotte) French Overseas TLDs.
