Floriane Duel

Biographie

Floriane Duel graduated with a Master II in new information and communication technologies Law (NICT), and a Magister III in NICT Law. In addition to her love of photography, cinema, IT and new technologies, she is fond of the law arising from these new technologies. With prior experience as a legal expert at a local radio station, Floriane joined Afnic in 2011. She witnessed the launch of the new SYRELI platform as well as major changes to Afnic's legal framework. Floriane is an expert in extrajudicial proceedings for domain names, meaning she can conduct public interventions, and draft numerous works such as the guide for name holders, the guide for rights holders, the brochure “Facilitating dispute resolution”, ADR Trends, as well as blog articles on the SYRELI procedure, which are also published in Lamy. She is an expert in the drafting of all types of private law contracts, as well as company consultation files, in accordance with public procurement law.
