Biographie
Since joining Afnic in 2012, Nathalie Boulvard has worked as a legal expert, rapporteur in alternative dispute resolution procedures (SYRELI and ADR EXPERT), Data Privacy Officer (DPO) for registry activities, and back-end registry operator for domain names. Her areas of expertise are: contract law, Internet and domain name law, personal data management and protection, oversight of a quality management system (QMS), training in personal data protection, Ambassador for Information Security (ISO27001). Nathalie Boulvard holds a DESS (postgraduate diploma) in Intellectual Property Law applied to New Technologies (1998) as well as a Specialised Masters in Management and Personal Data Protection (2015). Nathalie worked first as a legal expert then as Head of Legal Affairs for over ten years with a French-language publisher (100 staff - 5.5 million units sold with turnover of €35.5m per year) in B2B and B2C software, books, websites and smartphone apps.
